payment on my account, I gave them my banking information.....agreed over the phone to a contract stating they would stop them but have callef 5 ti.es to ask what they did or have as the withdrew over $900 from my checking account to pay for an oral contract ? No conderation l have called and requested info or copy of contract or any letter or email. Not one communication not one response. Sent a letter to them w bank copies of their withdtawLs.demandi g Money back/refund....No Consideration ? Sta t ute of frauds ? Further expla ation ad to how they took advantagr. I am low income senior living in public housing. Oral contract stated they were not a legal service. Seems tbey are.....Lexington Legal docs...l on Bank info.
