We responded to an advertisement on Facebook (Greg Andrew Michael) to have a car wrapped with Bud Lite advertising for $400/week. We did not provide any personal information except a phone number and mailbox address. We received a text message saying we had been selected and a check was in the mail. We received a check for $1,650.80 on the account of Lewis V Green Dot Corporation - P O Box 4199 - Portland, OR 97208-4199. There was no answer at the phone number provided and the bank number did not respond. The only communication was through text messaging and it seemed to be automated. I got a response almost immediately when I tried to text the number. The check was drawn on Citizens Bank, NA (021313103) account number 4018976363. I attempted to verify the check without success. I am not going to deposit the check.
