I bought an xbox one gaming system. It was supposed to come with a console and 1 controller. The only controller that I received did not work. In fact it was unplayable. When I attempted to take it back they refused to believe me even though it was the next day. Then they refused to give me a replacement they want to give me a knock off controller. They have done this before in the past. They sell faulty items and then when you try to take them back they will either refuse your refund or give you an inferior product
