I get a pop up on my computer screen while in use that says "your computer has been blocked" it gives an error #268D3 and the voiceover says if you try to close the computer it will be infected and instructs you to call the phone number on the pop up to get your computer back. the phone no. is 888-476.8138. This has happened to me twice in just a couple of weeks. I cannot get my computer back unless I bring in a IT guy and it takes hours to undo the malware that has been installed. Why is this happening to me and how can I make these stop targeting me? I called the phone number to warn them that I will report them to the AG and prosecute them for the crime.
