Targeted ad on social media. Purchased a product and never received shipping confirmation. Reached out after 10 days, they replied saying product was back ordered and should be back in stock “soon.” Then asked for a refund instead which they never replied. Have reached out multiple times still with no response. Phone number on site is out of service.
