I saw an add with Photo of Joanna Gains -showing an eye cream for $4.94. I foolishly signed up using my bank debit card and noticed another product had "somehow" been added of $5.96 and the shipping was $1.98- so now the products were $12.88 but I thought the products were worth a try. I soon got the set of products but was not impressed with products. Later ANOTHER SET OF BOXES came. I had no idea why. When I looked at my bank statements I see I have been charged not only for the initial $12.88 but TWICE more for each of these products- $98.09 for one and $89.29. When I called the lady was nice but said that was how this works and she could offer me the products at half price if I wanted to keep them - I explained I did not want to keep them and wanted my full money back. She then said there would be a $9.99 each product restocking fee. I told her that was unacceptable and I now knew this was a scam which I planned to report - maybe I could speak with her supervisor. After this I was disconnected. I lost a total of $387.64 to these scam artists. I feel so foolish but hope others wont fall for this.

Offered 2 week sample of wrinkle cream for $4.99 postage. I signed up for the sample. I was immediately added another product for the same sample and postage. I let it go. I received both samples and two postage amounts were charged. No further contact from the company. Name of the two companies on my bill are JSK*Eloquenceskin and Revitaskin855491-6599. All together but the number that lists it in NV is 855-491-6599. When I received my charge card bill on Sat Jan 28th, there were TWO charges to the above companies. $98.09 and $89.29. I had ordered nothing and I had received NOTHING! I called the CC company to file a dispute. I called the next day and cancelled that card and requested a new one! Before I ever received the new card, the same two companies have charged me yet again, the same amounts! However this time, I received two boxes. Exactly the same return label but one says 1XLetoile and the other 1XILLUSTRA. They will be returned unopened and refused. I tried to call both phone number of the two companies and was on hold for one hour. They will never answer the phone number by the charges! The fraud it, the things they send do nothing. Zero. Just junk.

I ordered what I thought was free 14 day trial for Angelina Jolie's L'etoile Skin Cream on 10/7/2016 for a shipping fee of 4.94..the next day I get two emails telling me that they charged my account $4.94 and $1.98 (SafeSecureShip) I DID NOT authorize a charge for $1.98...so I called to cancel the order the NEXT DAY. They told me there was no was to way to stop the order and would refund the 1.98. TWO DAYS later they send me an email that the order has JUST NOW shipped and then my account was charged the 1.98 ANYWAYS!

First off there are ABSOLUTELY no disclaimers on the website about them charging you extra money for a secure ship fee (in case it gets lost-WHAT??)or that it is really not a free trial.....the spokesperson there told me that if I actually use the product and then send it back within the 14 days...they will charge me a retention fee of $9.95. and if you don't send it back WITHIN THE 14 days...they charge your account $99.00!!!! THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THAT ON THE WEBSITE...This product name keeps changing as well. Plenty of people being scammed on this product. Sure wish I had read the reviews at the bottom of this website https://supplementpolice.com/letoile/ before even placing the order. THIS COMPANY IS LISTED ON THE "Rip Off Report" website but they keep changing their name...Some of the names I have noticed are Aviqua, and DermaFi.
