This company is a fraud. They advertised as $4.94 for shipping a free trial office. With in ten days they had charged my credit card $188.00. they kept trying to get me to see that it was my fault. I then told them that I was going to send my letter to report them to the Commonwealth Attorney and the ScamPulse.com.

They told me that they would refund 75% only if I did not make a report. If I did report them, then they would withdraw their offer. I then told them that they were in the business of coercion and intimidation which was against the law. They said they would give me back my money for !ost of it.

They also said that I agreed to the product being sent to me each !onth. When I told them that u did not, they said it was in the fine print at the end of the website. They are engaging in criminal behavior. I hope my complaint will help others. Do not order from them.

I was Offered a free trial of

L'Etoile skin cream . They would send a refill monthly. When I wished to cancel, there was no contact info except on the next package which I was charged for. The street address was on the package as noted above. I will try to return the unopened package and send a letter. I. am afraid this won't work, and I have been scammed!

Buyer Beware! I feel stupid!

This company sells you a "free trial" for anywhere from 1.00 to 4.99. Nowhere in the literature is there wording that if you don't cancel in 14 days after receiving the product that they will charge you up to 98.00. You don't even have the product in hand for 14 days before you get charged. Finding reviews on scam sights it appears I am not the only one scammed. When I called to inquire and cancel and ask for my money back I was treated so badly and threatened by a guy named "Tom" and was called a scammer. After speaking with Tom and getting nowhere I called another number provided and got the same treatment. Basically I was called a liar.

I was not given a refund - and again, nowhere in any of the ads or website or literature is there anything saying you will be charged the additional fee.

Bi-weekly if you look of the website, the product has an entirely different name. Today it is called True Belizza
