This company commits to returns. The shoes smelled so badly I requested a return. I was told they don’t cover returns. The item cost $70 dollars. I was told at UPS that it would cost $200 to return item to China! Very dodgy company. Avoided answering emails. Very vague.

I wish I would have gone to Trustpilot first because there are 27 reviews about this company with the same complaint. I don't even believe that the people who are displayed as the owners of this fake company are even real! They had a button on the check out page that offered a second item at a discounted price for a handbag I had in my cart and when I tried to check out it added the duplicated item and I did not want a duplicate, so I immediately reached out to their support via email and they told me they could not cancel the order even though it had only been seconds when I had submitted the order. Via email, they told me I could return the unwanted item instead. When I got the items they were not real leather as marketed and looked awful and nothing like the photo. However the return process is to fill out a form and ship the items back to China, which given the weight of the items would not even yield the proper refund after deducting the out of pocket cost and based on the other reviews, they would not refund me anyway. So to stop the bleeding I will just donate these items. I think this scam company is hoping you will just do exactly what I am doing which will give them profit over profit. I will NEVER order online again without doing my check on this site and others. Lesson learned but it is a shame that these are the days we are living in.
