Scam. Scam. Scam. Do not waste your time with this company, their unbelievable ads for things you feel you can't live without. Especially if the item is to support health issues. You place your order in good faith, send your money then they take the money and you never receive your items. Don't do it.

Same thing has happened to me I ordered 2 pair in June 2020 and still waiting from my order. I too have emailed several times and no response - and tracking say in transit 2020-08-22 15:23
LOS ANGELES CA DISTRIBUTION CENTER, Arrived at USPS Regional Facility -> Your item arrived at our USPS facility in LOS ANGELES CA DISTRIBUTION CENTER on August 22, 2020 at 3:23 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

My mother saw their add on Facebook for some sandals. I ordered her a pair on April 5,2020 for Mother’s Day. We have not received the shoes. I emailed them 3 times and they do not respond. I did receive a supposed shipping number for tracking. It has been in transit since April 9th.
