I purchased 2 separate items from a site called Glorias off of Facebook Marketplace, which was advertising as a liquidation center in the US. I purchased a pallet and a closed flagship store box. Both of my packages were shipped from China. The pallet was a broken speaker and a plastic blow up pillow, and the flagship box was a plastic fold up travel bag and some black thing with fist. Both packages have a returned label for:

I researched this James Charles he/they are scammers. They also sell things on Amazon, be aware. I have also reported these jerks to Signal-Arnaques.com and I will report to the Better Business Bureau. China is not my first choice of receiving items.

The content of my package was replaced by another item. I found that most of my purchases from abroad are going through Bensenville, IL. center. I am sure that somebody there organized a criminal fake company and steals our packages, replacing their contents. Why are they still not dealt with by the police or other authorities? This is not a scam. This is theft!

Hi there, I did some digging as I thought my daughter had been scammed too! I live in IL & I'm also a OTR truck driver. GlobalCFS is located at the Bensonville address. They're a bonded facility contracted by US Customs and Border protection .. I having been in this type of facility numerous times, they are not stealing your items. They're inspecting ALL import/export goods going to/from Chicago. Feel free to check them out, I've included a few screenshots for you.

Now my daughter's PKG came from China & yes there to was a label under the James Charles label, I'm guessing every time it's inspected during it's journey, a new label is affixed to it. My daughter ordered her item thru wish.com & was able to request a return label.

So my advice, keep track of the websites you shop on, cause if it's not like Amazon where you can look at your order history from 5 yrs ago, your gonna want to keep a record of it.

Bought a outdoor tent for $30. Ordered in early April. Sent tracking info and everything. Supposed to be able to fit in rolling suitcase, what I got was a 3/4 red sack which when opened was a 14 x 14 scarf! Was supposed to be mailed by ITSPSSHCT,
but came from James Charles, Less'More ltd, 880 Foster Ave., Bensenville, IL. How can I get the funds back? I see they are selling these same tents under several entities. Also put in for a sewing cabinet, but have not received anything for that purchase, yet!

Wow what a big Ripoff a scam I ordered the super mystery box paid $30.58. I ended up with a 99 cent earphones I was expecting a box of cool mystery items just like the Instagram and YouTube gamer got. But no I just one item. Mann Target sells better ones with the amount that I just throw away. I guess PayPal is Involved with this scam. Oh also they don’t work. Lesson learned I have to make my research fully before I make a online payment again

Purchased a Memorial Day Wreath for 39.95. I got a kit of crap to make a wreath. Nothing said it was a kit. The kit and instructions are a farce. Don’t be duped by this company. The local DA for this address James Charles Lessmore Ltd. 1550 Glen Curtiss St. Carson, CA. The company should be called “you get less for more.””

I ordered a product from this company, but it had not been shipped (verified by tracking). Since i was moving to a new state I no longer needed the item, and i requested they cancel my order. They claimed it was already shipped(not true) and could not cancel it. I learned from tracking that they shipped it the same day I request the cancellation, to avoid the cancellation. Now they refuse to pay for return shipping. They after many requests for the address for a return, have not provided and address saying only that it is expensive to return it to China. I am left with no way to return the product. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and am awaiting a resolution. All I get is a total hassle from them. They are stonewalling and have a 14 day return policy. I am guessing they will next say that I am too late to return it.

This company is a scam, do not order from them!!! They send you cheap stuff made in China and won't refund your money. They say the company is based in NY with a fake address. They also use random peoples names on the return address label on the package. They wanted me to send the stuff back to China and not to NY where it was sent from.
