Type of a scam Identity Theft
This is a case of Identity Theft and whoever set this up as a business used my name, my former address and my current phone informaiton. I never owned a pet care company. It started appearing online in Yellowbook and other places on google after I started my editing company with a different name (which is out of business now). I still receive calls and catalogs from vendors for the pet care place. I am looking into other possible ways they may have used my information. I put my number and old address in the "scam" form because that's what is listed. I contacted yellowbook and asked them to remove it. They said they got the info from various "telecom companies". I don't think i have lost money but don't know for sure, I'm still following up with the #ss admin and with IRS and credit bureau.
