I agreed to a trial $4.95 eye serum on a Facebook site. When I tried to check out they said I needed to try another product for an additional $4.95. I declined but they put it on my bill. I didn't think this would be a problem because each one had a money back guarantee. Thinking I had 30 days to send the creams back I was shocked to be charged $89.99 at 2:00 a.m. on the fourteenth day from the day I ordered. Then two days later I was charged another $89.99 for the second cream which I didn't even want. I did not know of these charges until I got my credit card statement. I called and their representative told me of the 14 day catch! They refused to reimburse me even for the second cream. I told them I did not want any recurring shipments from them. I thought that was the end of it and I was out $179.98. Then they later tried to get another charge of $89.99 but my credit card gave me an alert and I stopped the transaction. I had to cancel my card and get another card. Again I thought that was the end of it, but today they tried again using another name. I have alerted the credit card company, but they keep trying
