Position: Customer Service Representative
Type of work: Full-Time, Part-Time(office or remotely)
Job Summary:
This is a customer support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers.
As a CSR (customer service representative), the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers.
- Handle transportation/routing on delivery questions.
- Process will-call orders.
- Provide customers with invoice copies.
- Process credits.
- Maintaining Call list.
- Monitor orders before the cut-off.
- Maintaining internal financial spreadsheets and coordinate with staff to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Additional purchasing responsibilities include proper invoice processing, management of all required supporting documentation, travel planning, and expense reimbursements.
- Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
Requirements and skills:
- Willingness to do the job in a very creative conditions
- Excellent oral and written contact, skills for all stages of the organization
- Basic level laptop or computer knowledge such as Microsoft word
- Ability to travel in some cases (optionally available)
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old
- Desire to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Benefits Information:
You will be eligible for benefits effective the first of the month coinciding with or following 60 days of employment with the Company or in accordance with state law. Available benefits include health care benefits, retirement benefits, and paid days off, including sick leave and vacation.
All candidates will go through a paid probation period!
PROBATION PERIOD
Type of work: Full-Time, Part-Time(only remotely)
The probationary period includes additional training (Flexible schedule):
- 5 - 8 hours per day (Monday - Friday) Saturday and Sunday days off
- We provide a laptop and software for remote work.
The probationary period is paid:
- $22.40 per hour/payment at the end of the probation period
- 150$-300$(the amount varies depending on the complexity of the tasks) for each successfully performs tasks - you will receive payment on the day of completion of the tasks.
FULL-TIME:
- 9 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday) Saturday and Sunday days off
Payment:
- $28.40 per hour / payment every 10 days
PART-TIME:
- 4 - 5 hours per day(flexible) (Monday - Friday) Saturday and Sunday days off
- We provide a laptop and software for remote work.
Payment:
- $24.40 per hour / payment every 10 days
