I ordered four NFL Hoodies and saw them on Tik Toc advertising back in December I placed my order on December 10, 2022, through Leovatw order #00006498, and paid $72.96 and wanted to get the family the zip-up hoodies. I received the order after waiting a month and they shipped me bright white pullover hoodies when I let them know back in January they said it was a little time and they would reship the correct merchandise 3wks went by I texted emails to brandsales.com, [email protected]. and [email protected] They sent me an email stating hello there thank you for contacting us, but we are sorry we show no record of an order for you . When I sent them all the email mail trails and they said maybe I got the company mixed up when they responded to give them time to ship out correct order now they say they show no record.

I ordered a Detroit Lions Inviticus watch from Leovatw on November 3rd 2022, I even paid expedited shipping for $10 more. When the product finally arrived on January 12,2023 not only was it not what I ordered it was broken. I’ve sent numerous emails including pictures of what I ordered and what I received, their reply was that with all the evidence that I sent to them they told me my refund would have to be examined and that there was no guarantee that I will get my money back

There is no contact number, no live chat, the email sends you to another email address I guess it's a dummy address. You can't track your order and there is no way to prove you made a purchase, unless you screen shot when you made it like I did.
