This scammer has a website as a breeder of shih tzu puppies. They will text you and say that they sent an email with information about the puppy you chose. I did not recieve it they'll send you pictures of a cute shih tzu puppy. They'll say the puppy is 500 but if you want the puppy shipped to you it would be 650. Then they'll say that they shipped the dog. Then the shipping company called safeway paws courier will contact you saying they can't ship the puppy in the kennel that it is in because it is not safe and that they have kennels that you can rent and get your money back after the dog is delivered that cost 950.00. They then called me the next day saying that the shipping got delayed again because the puppy does not have life insurance and that it was going to coat $1,528. At that point I became upset and after doing research I realized that I was being scammed.
