They recently started offering big rebates, based on how many boxes, you purchase. The rebates never get shipped out. No matter how long you track. All entered all has to do is mail out. And that never happens. I have been waiting 2 months so far. Many people waiting a year now. When you call customer service says that is out of their control. My guess once allegded gift cards loaded they never get sent out. Perhaps others stealing them not sure.

Company sells contact lenses and advertises a rebate after you pay full price for the lenses. there is not access to the rebate site until after the item ships. This information is not known until after the shipment is sent.

*They make you wait 14 days AFTER receipt of lenses to claim the rebate. (30 days after original order placed and debited my card)

*There is a disclaimer that they are 6 weeks delayed due to covid. (I am now at 10 weeks)(97 days since order placed)

*There are no customer service people you can speak with, only email or automated chat

What are they doing with everyone's money??? My out of pocket is $120
