Purchased two metal tiered plant shelves from Lenlis.com April 22, 2021. Fortunately, used Paypal (ie didn't give any credit card info). Note that the company name recorded by Paypal is "HUGE PROFIT TRADING LIMITED". Sent email to them May 30 to let them know it hadn't arrived. They responded May 31: "sorry for the delay, your order is still on its way. Wait patiently for 2 more weeks." As it turns out, this is their stall tactic. June 11: Notified them that I had received a package contains 2 Makeup brushes. They replied, "We just checked and found that your order has been delivered successfully," I told them they sent the wrong package, to which they replied, "Because of the expansion of the company's business, we are adjusting the system, so replying to your email will be delayed..." June 15 they replied, with a tracking list, "As shown in your attached screenshot, your order has indeed been delivered. Please contact your local post office or your neighbor or check your mailbox to obtain the order." I emailed them to tell them that they shipped the wrong item. They replied, "We are deeply sorry for this case. After we check over and over again, we are sorry to find that it is the shippers who mistook the batch of the products due to the hot sale reasons, so you have received the wrong item...In order to make up for your loss, after negotiation with our suppliers, they promise that they could resend the right item to you, but to our regret, they ask for a return of the item you received." I checked the postal rates to ship the package back with tracking: $84.15. Obviously a deterrent. I emailed them again July 14, Aug 14th and Sept 9th: no reply, no reply, no reply. Their website lenlis.com returns the message "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable." There are many websites with testimonials that this is a scam (eg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOjsspzxpac), including others that received the same 'Portable Telescope Brushes.

On 4-16-2021 I placed and paid for my order#RYD20157 by my debit card to a company called Lenlis.com which advertised on facebook. On April 23rd I received an email that my order had been shipped and and said I could track my shipment. Upon tracking-it says shop is currently unavailable. I believe this to be a scam site and need to know how to get my money back.

was targeted by a facebook ad loved the product. was exactly what i needed should have known it was to good to be true. never sent product but charged our credit card
