I was and still am in a nasty separation/custody situation and searching for a residence and in my desparation and stupidity fell deep into this horrible scam. While applying for loans online i wad eagerly contacted by lendvisory over the phone saying i was approved for a $7000 dollar loan. Then after doing the online app nd signing there more then fubar loan agreement i was then told i needed to prove my ability to pay off the loan and was instructed to purchase a gift card either eBay/Walmart/steam, and send a picture of the back of the card the initial proof was 10% of the loan. Witch was assured to be added on top of the loan so i was now to receive$7700. Later i was told due to the money coming from out of state i had to pay the wire fee this was around 7pm and the payment had to come from my state and in the same manner as a gift card and my founds will be in my account as soon as my bank opens. The next day was more fees and proofs to the bank i was told this is the final charge 3 or 4 times I was even charged a PayPal fee. By the time i knew this was a scam i had maxed out my credit card and handed over my entire paycheck to these people. When i asked to stop the loan process and for the money returned to the cards so i can try to get the money back into my account i was even told i had to give them another wire fee of $600. I didn't give them that because i actually allowed them to deprive me of 100% of my finances a little over $2000. They took advantage of my inexperience in loans, my emotional comprise due to my current situation,and my desparation. All gift cards and there recipes i still have though i know i will never see my money again for i reported this long after it happened. Lendvisorys online app collects a lot of data allowing them access to your email letting them delete your interactions with them. I still have the loan aggrement due to pdf download.

I did a google search and found lendvisory.com (which seems to disappear after you use it). I clicked on SoFi (which i was directed to) put in the information it asked me to and as soon as i sent it in, within 30 minutes "Lendvisory" contacted me with an approval code for $50,000.00 With the situation I'm in i didn't think anything about it being to good to be true. They asked for a photo of my ID and proof of address. So i sent the photos in. They in turn sent me the Loan Agreement which I agreed to at the time. After that the woman i've been talking to today throughout the whole process calls me to tell me she needs me to go to the nearest store (Dollar General) and get an eBay gift card with the first months payment on it, which would have been $502.36 As soon as she said that, i knew the red flag was waived. No one but a scammer asks for payments in such a manor. So i immediately emailed back saying i no longer wanted their services and from this point on i decline the Loan Agreement. Thank the Lord at this time i haven't lost any money.

i was applying for loan and they offered me the could give me 10k and i would be paying monthly 320 after i sign my agreement they called me that they need it a steam card or ebay card and for me to the send them the receipt and card number after i did it they requested for 500 dollars more they were saying that the money was already on process and for them to completed it that i need to send another 500 dollars and to buy a steam card or ebay card thats how they would get the money
