I recieved a email today from a man calling himself Victor Wallace Senior Loan officer from Lending USA. I was a victim of this scammer in April 2023. I was promised a loan amount of 9000 dollars to be deposited into my checking account. He deposited fraudulent checks into tje account and asked me to return some of the money issued to him using my debit card as proof of my identity. He gave me a code number that I was to take to Walmarts money center and load the amounts sent to my bank account to the company he reprensented. I was scammed out of 2900 dollars and my bank held me responsible. I had to reimburse the moneys I withdrew using my debit card.
