I was shopping online for a specific pair of boots and found them on sale. I purchased online, received a poorly written email confirmation, and even a tracking number. However, my boots never came. I contacted customer service and they kept changing their story. They said they could reimburse or resend the boots, but then said they had none in stock. When I demanded reimbursement they claimed a wrong item was sent and they needed it back before they could credit my account! A small fake ring came in the mail. They never provided the return address. Scam.
