I bought an item of almost$50 item was received after 40 something days . The item is nothing like the advertisement.. i have reached out more than 4 times to get refund and get no response..

This company claims to provide a product however, after seeing their email address and the address they have provided it is a residential area and the email does not match that of a company but rather generated to look like one. They charged me $44.94 and it was charged by Nymbus LLC on May 29. There are many reviews on other sites about this "company" not delivering what they asked for and if so it was something not on the picture they showed. I have not received a tracking number of my product even though it claims that your product is shipped within 5-8 business days.
