Hi there ~
A package was delivered today. The item wasn’t what I purchased, and appears to be both the wrong brand, item, and color but a knock-off fake version of what was advertised and what I purchased. Please provide a refund, a paid shipping label.

Due to the end of the return warehouse lease in the US, we are in the process of finding a suitable warehouse to continue receiving returns.
In processing your return, we realize that you will need a pre-paid label in order to return the merchandise. However, we regret to inform you that due to current logistical arrangements, we are unable to provide you with a prepaid label service directly at this time.
This is due to some complexities and limitations of international shipping services. Our logistics partners have not yet established the service, which makes it difficult for us to provide you with the required prepaid labels directly.

So they shipped me the wrong item too late, I missed the refund window because of this, I never got the item I asked for and I’m still gonna be out the money. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not give this site one more dollar.
