I purchased a pair of sandals on their website and received a product that I didn’t purchase. I emailed requesting a prepaid return shipping label and refund and I was denied. I provided photos, I requested alternate options such as a refund of the original shipping costs as a good faith option before paying the additional shipping to return the product and they denied that option as well. I acknowledged they were scamming me and they offered a 60% refund which I haven’t received yet. Complete scam.

A package was delivered today. The item wasn’t what I purchased, and appears to be both the wrong brand, item, and color but a knock-off fake version of what was advertised and what I purchased. Please provide a refund, a paid shipping label.

Nevertheless, we take your return needs very seriously and want to provide you with the best possible solution. If you prefer, you can arrange your own logistics and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item and refund you the cost of postage. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Ordered a dress from this website, paid for expedited shipping, four weeks later no dress and the tracking number in the email never worked. Contact the company ask what’s going on, A dress arrives a day later, but it is nothing like what I ordered and wouldn’t fit a child. Contact the company ask for a refund, They refused to give me a refund and asked me to ship the wrong item back to China out of pocket. I don’t want to take this option, so, they said they are willing to refund me 30%.
So they shipped me the wrong item too late, I missed the refund window because of this, I never got the item I asked for and I’m still gonna be out the money. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not give this site one more dollar.

I ordered a dress online, and I received a different style dress of less quality. In the email confirmation they listed an email for contact that does not exist. The website is also no longer in service, so I have no way of contacting them for a return or other solution.

There was a dress I ordered off this website that was from a different brand (Billy J) and the product I received was a cheap counterfeit not even same color I contacted them on the chat not on website and they said to email them for return and should get a response in 1-3 days. Well I did January 18 and never got a response and have continued to send emails ab return and still no response.
