I ordered two sweaters at $48.99ea that came completely different than what was advertised. A striped multi-colored sweater and green sweater with an image of forest trees on it. Was promised to received items within 10 days. It took over 7 weeks for it to arrive. When I finally got the sweaters they were completely different colors and the green one did NOT have an image of trees. I contacted the company Lekmys, for a refund and only asked about the green forest sweater because it was completely unusable (even though the striped sweater was completely the wrong color it is still wearable.)

For the green sweater, I requested a refund in the exact amount I paid $48.99 and they offered me $16. I rejected this and again said I wanted a full refund because the sweater was unwearable. They asked if I would take $25 for compensation and if I didn't accept this offer they said "the freight charges would be borne by me."

I have pictures of what was advertised on their website and what I thought I was buying vs what I actually received. This company is a complete fraud with a very authentic looking high-end clothing website, they will not give me phone number to speak to anyone and will only communicate via email.

Please help!
