Company promised results within a week with use of skin cream, or else they would refund my money. Saw this offer in an ad on facebook. They also state the same promise on their webpage. "Refund immediately if there is no effect after use." After using for one week, I saw no change, so i emailed the company asking for a refund. They responded to my email, "Sorry you are not satisfied with our products. Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services. If you need to return or exchange, we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department, which will take a long time. Therefore, we recommend that you keep this item. Thank you for your understanding." We had several more emails back and forth, with no refund, other than an offer to pay me a $5 refund.

If you look up Jaysuing Collagen Boost Anti-Aging serum, they have customers specifically ask if their product is made in the US, and they say it is, which it obviously is not. All I want is my money back. This company is a ripoff.
