On February 25th 2021 I ordered a Coleman's heated spa from this merchant he had an ad on Facebook I purchased it with my credit card through PayPal in March 17th eye contacted PayPal I was concerned about my order because I had not received the tracking number I tried contacting the merchant by email he never responded so it was going on a month later I contact PayPal to see if they could get a refund for me they did investigation.. they contact the merchant concerning my concerns they emailed me back they told me they did their investigation and that I will know by March 22nd what the answer and the outcome would be on March 21st I received the package in the mail from China it was a little chain a stainless steel chain in the class was $10 I did not know why I was receiving that because I did not order it I ordered a hot tub a Coleman heated spot on the 22nd of March I received the email back from PayPal stating that my case was being closed because the merchant said that they had a tracking number and that I had received the spa which I had not received the spar I received a $10 chain I don't understand why I was receiving this chain from this merchant when I never ordered a chain I ordered a Coleman's heated spa for $98.99 I paid with my credit card whenever they deliver big packages to the door they always take pictures of it so I have proof that that was never ever delivered to my house it's mighty funny that I received this this $10 chain with a tracking number and I never ordered it well this is the tracking number that this merchant gave to PayPal to say that I received my product it is very unfair it's a big scam going on and I don't feel that I had to pay $100 for a $2 chain I don't need to send to China for a stainless steel $2 chain but what I did order I did not receive here is the claim number that PayPal has pp-D-105789256and I will chat all the receipts that I have and I also will retouch what they sent me in the mail with the tracking number what I received from China I want my refund if someone could help me retrieve my refund from PayPal because they was supposed to protect me..the tracking number for the necklace LY667732692CN the the weight of the package Kg 1.0.. this merchant is definitely a scammer he scammed me out of my money and PayPal will not help me get it back they sent me a cheap chain just to say that they had a tracking number and that it was received from this address but I have all the paperwork stating that I was ripped off and... I purchased another Coleman's heated spa from Amazon I paid $600 for it it was delivered within 3 days I have my proof if you need any more information or documents please contact me to let me know I have everything that you need all I want is my money returned and for that business not to do this to anyone else.. please contact PayPal I gave you the case number because I paid it through them I look forward to hearing from someone
