purchased vape cartridges. They said they would be shipped via USPS, Ups, or FedEx. I paid for my order. I was then contacted from another company trying to extort me out of $580 of "refundable shipping insurance" after I had already paid for the items I ordered. The shipping company threatened to turn my order into the DEC and that there would be an investigation if I did not pay twice what I paid for my items. I tried to contact the seller, they will not answer the phone. I tried to contact this shipping company and it's a text now app.

Desired Outcome

Refund of. $309.
