Scam...

Order a box through Vape Store 510 and they called wanting more money. I said no, they never shipped my product and never gave me a refund.

This website promises to send you legal medical marijuana via mail. I am a legal card holder and placed an order for over $200 and they "mailed" my shipment through a 3rd party that I have never heard of and the package is being "held" in Denver and now the company that advertised a free reshipment if the order does not arrive within a week is not answering the phone and the live chat goes un answered. My emails are being ignored and a refund has not been issued as of today.

Be careful, the scammers called legal vape store are now called buy my weed online, but they are the same human excrement, they play with people, they threaten and scare. The worst thing is that they remain unpunished and will continue to cheat

I should have followed my gut and not went through with this scam. MY experience is just like others. I wish I had not been so naive and looked up the website reviews beforehand. I feel very stupid. These people also had the audacity to lie to me on the phone about this incident not happening before. I was to the point of tears because I thought I would be sent to prison or something. But I now see that this exact thing has happened to many people and I don't know how they continue to have a business. I had bought my initial order for $204 and they told me there was a problem with the shipping and I would be refunded my payment once the package arrived. Then they said I needed to pay $860 to them to get proper documents for the DEA. I asked for proof of this and was berated and scared into almost going through with it. I decided to look up review in case this had happened before...I wish i had done so sooner...I am still a little worried about this, so if any who has gone through the same thing can reach out I would appreciate it.

as all of the others have said they have purchased things waiting for it all to be shipped and the shipping company scares you in to paying for because you don’t want to get in trouble will i was naive and paid 340 for the additional shipping fee but when i received another email this morning saying i had to pay an additional 860 bc someone opened my package in another place after it went through many checkpoints without an issue and i told them i refuse to pay that amount as i don’t have the money . i was so glad the 200 dollars worth of my purchase was through zelle because they had yet to accept or even collect the payment . i was so happy i was able to cancel payment and get at least the 200 dollars back that i paid . i have blocked not only the shipping company but as well as them because when i texted them about all these issues i was ignored and no one wanted to help me . the “agent” for the shipping company began to get rude once he was called out and told me i was rude and disrespectful for calling them fraud . i should’ve looked up the shipping company instead but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt .

Same as everyone here. Why didn't I look it up before? Do not buy from them!
The invoice and website say shipping would be FEDEX, but after they get your payment, this shady shipping company, SpeedPro Logistics, contacts you demanding $580 to "insure" your package, otherwise it 'can't" be delivered. And they keep contacting you: email, text, harassing you for their scam. When you say it not happening, they try to scare you into paying. At that point, I just told them to do whatever they want, but know I'll be glad to provide the saved texts and emails they have sent to anyone who asks. With that, the Speedpro stopped harassing, but the LegalVape store simply ghosts you when you contact them to try and get a reimbursement. No reply in the chat, email, and phone never answers. Big Scam and they try to take from you way more than simply not delivering on what you bought. The "shipping company" is just an extension of the LegalVapeStore scam to try and still even more money from you.

Totally frustrated and liberated by this. I had a feeling it was to good to be true. I should of trusted my gut and I'm really disappointed these people are just taking hard earned money. I ordered all carts. Nothing crazy and they were speedy to reply about payment but now have gone ghost. I just want my money back or the products would be even better.

Same as he said, takes your money then 3rd party snippet and $584 insurance and knows of your not in California, so, have no reprisals legally..
LegalVapeShop never responds again, chat or email, like the do to get you to send them the bitcoin! (yes bitcoin, because all other methods of payment, listed on their site, refuses to pay out to them and they knew that)!
BuyDank.Com is another of their sites with a different website name.

Legal vape store seemed legit at first. Quick to respond to my online order. Then sends you a confirmation of the order then you get email saying to use PayPal and email them a screenshot of the payment and they will send you your shipping information. Next day I get an email from a crazy shipping place telling me I have to pay over 600.00 for insurance for my package that was only 200.00. And hat red flagged me right there as scam.

Went online to check on there product. Wanted to order it so I put all the info in that it asked for. When I was finished it had asked me for different apps to pay with. Google pay, zelle a couple of hours I received text messages from the customer service team about my order. I asked them to cancel my order and that I was falling for the scams they were in to. I then received other text messages. To me these are very threatening and something needs to be done. Lucky my money wasn't transferred but I still don't feel safe with threats

This website is a scam, I made a purchase and had to transfer the payment via ZELLE which I have had to do for other orders like this on other websites. I never got my tracking number until I hounded them for it, they sent it to me on 9/15 said I would get it on 9/18 by 4pm. They used the shipping company Speedpro logistics. I was a little nervous that I was still being scammed then I got an email on 9/16 that said I would have to pay $540.00 via money order or wire transfer to get my order delivered. The email was a scam too, all in caps. When I emailed the legal vape store to see what was going on they replied back and said I wouldn't get my order until I paid the $540!. So on top of the almost $214.00 they just scammed me out of they want more. Needless to say I never gave them anything, never got my order and they have been ignoring me now. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
