Constant threatening telephone calls to "serve with Summons within 48 hrs." and state legal proceedings to be done against us, but they have no clue what they are talking about (I'm a paralegal for 42 years/husband Asst. Chief -- Dept. of Corrections). I called them "Legal Outsource" back and stated we have no outstanding debt and that they have no clue what they are threatening; the man started yelling at me and hung up. I called back and again stated they are unduly harassing us, they didn't have a clue what they are stating as far as legal proceedings and what they are threatening to do and that I would be reporting them to BBB. They hung up on me again. We have excellent credit rating and have no outstanding debts.

Searched "Legal Outsource" no business by that name. NOTE: It is a general term when we "outsource" work to process servers.

Since March of 2018 I have been getting calls from this company hostile threatening calls saying that I will be going to jail and going to court for a debt that I have. They're telling me the amount is way much more than what the original amount that I owed should be. I called the company where the debt originally came from and confirmed that they are not the company that should be contacting me so therefore they're trying to scam me. A week ago I told them that I was aware that they were trying to scam me and they didn't call me and now the calls are coming back again and I've told him the same thing today.

I was first contacted by this company that called my parents home claiming they were taking me to jail if a payment was not made immediately. After contacting the company myself, they were able to give me a correct address, a correct employer, a correct bank account but the red flag for me was that the information was outdated by at least ten years, but something easily found in my credit report. After explaining that I'm now disabled and was not working during the time they claim I took the loan, they started wanting updated information on me. I refuse to give them more information as I know I took no loan from them. They continue to call, refuse to discuss anything other than paying them, they threaten to send the sheriff to serve me. When you call the number they give you, there is no company name. But every time they assign my case to someone else, the company name changed. I have contacted the FBI and filed a complaint in which my identity has been stolen. When I told the company I am working with the FBI, she asked how I could afford to pay the FBI and not them!!
