NY consumer called ScamPulse.com to report that she was called by Legal Mediation Department (tel 937-288-3990) and they told her she will have a warrant issued for her arrest due to an unpaid bill of approximately $3000. They will allegedly arrest her for "fraud with malicious intent and theft by deception" if she doesn't pay immediately. She asked them for their address and they gave her 1611 S Main St (which is the real address of a different, well-known business). She checks her credit often and knows this is bogus but wanted to report it. She says they had a lot of personal info about her, but that it was info about 15 years old (related to former address, former employer, etc).
