Got a call from someone claiming to be with a "Legal Help Center" in Miami, FL. I asked him his name, Peter, and kept asking him to repeat the name of the business. I could not understand him and had him spell the name of the business and his own. He said he was offering medical compensation for an error made in a bladder sling surgery that I had had. I told him I did not have that surgery and asked where he got my medical information from. He insisted that I had had that surgery, or that it had been a family member. He got frustrated with me and finally hung up because I was asking so many questions. I then called the number back from my caller ID. He knew my first name, however said his name was Alex. He sounded like the same person and I could hear an echo of my own voice.
