My mother paid for legal services to get a modification on her home loan and was never represented. She was asked to stop making payments and take all correspondence to their office. She was promised a modification and instead found out that her house had been auctioned . The scammer send out mail and advertises on spanish radio and tv about his services. Also the firm has gone through 3 name changes. The CEO is not an attorney of the firm.
