The scammer asked me if I was the person that they were looking for, they already had my SSN and full name date of birth and all my addresses that I ever lived. they said I had broke a contract regarding a credit card I had opened in 2012. Once I didn't confirm or deny that I had anything to do with that credit card , the caller begin to get Irate, I also mentioned I will check with my lawyer and mentioned I have good credit and that I have no outstanding credit cards, the caller yelled and said I will see you in court!! and then hung up on me.
