Received a message on home phone to contact Christine Brown concerning a legal matter and to return her phone call asap. I called the number and they asked for my home phone number and he explained that this was a legal issue and a complaint has been filed against me by the IRS. He wanted my lawyer to contact them. I explained that I did not have a lawyer and I wanted to know what this was about. He said that he needed to read me the statement and for me not to interrupt him and he would answer my questions after the statement. He began reading it and the phone went dead. They answer the phone Legal Affairs, United States Treasury. The phone number is (786)-735-2007 can you tell me if this is legit. I have seached the number on the internet and saw a couple of comments where they said that the called tried to get them upset and get ss# and other information. I am not going to call them again until I hear from someone. please call me or email me. thanks
