I hired him June 2016 to file for me. He took full payment and has not provided a service. I contacted a few lawyers who contacted him, and he agreed to give me a full refund as long as I did not contact you guys or file a grievance with the state bar. However, I got an email from him that he changed his mind about the refund. I also saw online that other people in the area are having the same issue. He markets his service on Craigslist in Kalamazoo as $200 down, but then he keeps calling for more money and once paid in full he disappears. Please help.
