My laptop had a message that I had a virus. There was a message to call Lee Dex, LLC for information. I called and purchased 1 year of tech. support for $199.00 on 11/26/21. Next time I had a problem, I called and they were not able to help me so I cancelled the service. Several months later, they e-mailed me that they were going out of business and BBB required them to refund my money. I called and they wanted me to download a program that would allow them access to my computer. I refused to do that and hung up. Several months later, they emailed me again saying they wanted to refund my money as they were going out of business. I would like to get my refund but,again, they wanted me to download a program that would allow them access to my computer and I refused to do it. It is small comfort to know I am not alone.

These people contacted me by email several times saying they owed me money. They got all my bank info and social security info and then used it to take $200. out of my account..It was sent to Micheal Manchester by getting into my account
the number had been discontinued. what a fool they made of me

My PC had a big message on the screen that I had a virus. There was a phone # to call. I called and immediately they offered a protection plan and said they would fix it. I did buy into it…$500 for a 3 yr protection plan. My PC is 4 yrs old. They tapped in about 4 days ago and stayed. I asked for refund and they have no way to do that they said. My mistake I am sure but they are tapped in to my PC I shut it down.
