Fake Westie for sale - Zelle and online payment scam

When I searched for Westies in my area, Vermont, the below sponsored site came up -
leewesthighlandterrierhome.com

They had a variety of cute Westie puppies and when I contacted them via an email form they responded with a very well-drafted email asking for some initial info to make sure the puppy would be going to a good home.
below are the questions they asked -

*ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS!
-Where precisely are you located ?
-Have you ever raised or owned a puppy before?
-Do you have a vet clinic in your area ?
-Does your environment accept pets ?
-How soon do you need her ?
-Your contact number will be appreciated

Also contained in the email was the below statement -
"We are currently located in Northampton. Massachusetts, 01035 and will be very happy if you can come for the puppy"

Based on the above email response i was feeling pretty confident that everything was as it should be.
But I didn't hear back right away so not wanting to have someone else perhaps get ahead of me for the puppy i called the number and after a few attempts a man picked up who spoke broken English and who seemed unaware that I might be calling about the puppies. I mentioned I was interested in the Westie puppy and if I could come to see the puppy since I was so close. He was unfriendly and bluntly stated that they could not have people coming to the house to "see" the puppy but instead I should wait to confirm a date through email as to when I could come to pick up the puppy once purchased. Then he hung up.
Then I received the email below -

Thank you so much for your reply, I am so happy to know that you are willing to adopt our puppy into your home.We are located in Northampton Massachusetts, 01035, we do same day and next day delivery, Below are our 2 shipping options;

*cargo shipping, which is next day delivery, costs $150 and $650 for the puppy, total is $800. Here the puppy flies in the cargo of the plane and you pick up from the airport,

*lap nanny service which is same day or next day delivery, costs $250 and $650 for the puppy, total is $900. Here the puppy flies in the cabin of the plane accompanied by a lap nanny and is delivered directly to your home.

Which delivery method will you want to go with? We accept payment through Zelle, Walmart, Cashapp and CVSPharmacy,which one works for you?

Please provide us with the following information which will enable us to issue a transfer of ownership document and also to register the puppy at the pet shipping agency for flight and home delivery.

This is when I was sure it was all a scam and after looking around online I found a few stories similar to this on this site. The big red flag outside of the pickup-only rule was the special monthly sale of half off.
I have since asked for more photos and that I don't need the puppy to be shipped as I can just come to pick it up and I have not received any more emails back. I have also tried calling the number and now I suspect I have been blocked as it does nothing.
This was a very elaborate and well-done scam site that felt very real so
DO NOT SEND THIS BREEDER ANY MONEY.
