I order a TV on 09.09.2021 money was taken on 09.10.2021. I was guaranteed 2 day delivery. I have to receive my merchandise. They do not answer phone calls or emails.

I saw the company LEDXFun advertised on Facebook. I purchased a 55 inch television September 7. I paid $198. I used my debit card. They of course took the money out of my account. I did not receive my television. They do not respond to emails. I question this company that is selling TV's. I feel it is a scam. I am also filing a complaint.

On 9/2, I bought a roku tv from LEDxFUN. They advertised on Facebook, so I thought they were legit. I paid $97.99 for a 32 inch tv that they said would ship in 2 days. It did not. I never received it. You can email them, which I have done every day, asking to cancel my order and reimburse my credit card. They claim that if they get your email by 6pm, they will respond the same day. Despite daily emails, I have never heard from this company. I'm only out $98; I guess it could have been worse. Don't buy anything from this company!
