Somewhere in their FREE PRODUCT advertisement they say you pay for shipping and handling, and offer another free product for shipping and handling and when I clicked that I didn't want the second free product it said I had ordered it anyway, but instead I was charged a months supply cost and enrolled in a monthly product subscription for not notifying them within 14 days for cancellation of the subscription. This information is not clearly notified nor on any information in the packaging. They refused to credit the charges or take unopened unused product back for credit.
