This company poses as a Canadian company when in fact they are based in China. They claim to ship from the United States but their fake tracking states otherwise. The website offers motorcycle gear which is very expensive and looks legit. Promises to ship within 72 hours. Provides tracking information through the third party distributor. Customer service via email is prompt at first when trying to figure out when your product will actually arrive, until you call them out on their lies. Then you get silence. Never offered to refund. Almost $700 later and merchandise MIA. Tracking information is sent to the third party in anticipation of shipment but never actually arrives. I contacted the distributor independently and they advised the info was sent but they never received the parcel? Two weeks. Two weeks of back an forth with Leatherup only to get silence when confronted about why it hasn't actually shipped yet. Kept being told it takes two weeks then it has to clear customs so probably three weeks for delivery..... I'm in a border city....if it was actually from Canada it would take less than a week, states a little longer, but three+ weeks? I'm out a lot of money with no product. SCAMMMMMM!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
