I found a price that was too good to be true, and ordered it. There was no response to my inquiries about shipping, and after some research and growing skeptical of their multiple addresses (I called a phone number on the site and the person at iKamper advised me that a scam site had been using their number and to contact my bank) I filed a refund through Paypal. Paypal refunded me promptly, but the fraudulent website remains.
