I ordered Aiden and Jayden which were twin boy dolls and never received them and I want a full refund. I'm very upset about it and with laqueen. I'll never order another doll from this website again! It's definitely a scam. My mom ordered a little girl doll named Carol and she never got hers either. We're super upset and I deserve a refund. The two twin boy dolls I ordered were for my daughter as a gift and she was heart broken when she didn't get them so thanks alot laqueen

Saw website ad for realistic baby when on website may 8th ordered a. Little harper doll paid 71.99 just got in mail july.18th a little plastic baby boy doll looks like it cost about $10 .00. And the packaging from china says humanoide doll contacted thru email no reply back nothing can find a number

I ordered a doll from leaqueen as well, which if you go to their site now it’s clothing. But, I spent over $80, for a silicone reborn doll, didn’t get it at first and tried to email as others and email not valid. I still have my bank fighting with their bank in China. Well, the other day, I got a package from China with a cheap plastic doll, I would have paid maybe $20 here for! Do not buy from them! First photo is what I got, oh and by the way I ordered a girl and got a boy! Second photo what I ordered!

I ordered a reborn doll from the Leaqueen website and after 1 month they delivered it to me today. On the website they say they are located in America in California but they are actually in China. They did not respond to me when I notice the shipping was taking a long time. Finally after a month they sent me the doll but it was not the doll at all that I ordered. I googled their name after and many people said the website is a scam

I order from this site also received an email with my order number and a receipt that was on May 22 2020 I also paid for the 3-10 shipping I still haven’t received any thing from them since I also emailed both sites and it’s coming back as email isn’t recognized and gets sent back to me there is no phone number to call I want my 148.00 dollars back or my items scammed

I ordered my daughter a doll for her birthday and then received a confirmation email few seconds later saying they would let me know by email when ready to be shipped. I also paid for 3_10 day shipping and it's been a month now. Tried to email [email protected] and it sent back unknown user. Don't know what's going on but I want my daughter a gift or my money back. I purchased my first order for my granddaughter birthday. Researching the product to also see it is from here in America so shipping should have no issues especially during COVID-19. I received a notice my order is processing. The next day I purchased two more dolls for my other granddaughters. Its has been over two weeks and I received a notice that my items are shipping from China. When I tried to email the company at both emails listed on the site it was returned to me address not found. [email protected] & [email protected]

I am not able to reach anyone to demand a refund.
