A few months ago I had my computer on and got a call saying they were from Windows Microsoft Services. They said there was something wrong with my computer and they already had control of it. I paid them $249 to release my computer, and they refused. The last few weeks I’ve been receiving phone calls from them, from a Florida number. They are telling me the same thing. Three days ago the same company called me from California stating they wanted to get into my computer for me to sign a release so I could get my $249 refunded. I gave them my debit card number and it said the money went directly to India.
