A guaranteed real estate leads for realtors to generate buyers and sellers to increase their business. They guaranteed seven closings and 100+ scrubbed leads by facebook ads. It was a bait and switch for consumers to get their information and put in a dashboard . None of them were interested in real estate. They clicked on the ads because the house was pretty. We were told we could view the ads and we could not. We were assure we were the only realtor for the area, we were not. We were told we we have live transfer calls, didn't happen.
