I came across an ad for swim trunks through instagram. I was mistakenly under the impression the ad was a direct link to the company website. However the ad directed me to the website pridefeatured.com. I purchased my item on July 2, 2021.I received email receipt from PayPal that I paid $29.49 to Lead month Network Technology Private Company. Email contact for this company is [email protected]. The item was finally received on July 20, 2021. The package received was not the item I purchased. I reached out to their "customer service" [email protected]. The responses I have received thus far are generic in terms of their information and ability to resolve the issue does not seem possible. The response included the following " Because this is an international purchase, we do not provide shipping labels for the returning package. So sorry about it. According to our policy, please return back the items which you have received if exchanged or refund in full. In order to solve this quickly, we advise you to keep it and then we will refund you 20% to your original payment method. Can you accept it?"
