I purchased what I thought to be a trial of a product backed by celebrity spokesperson Nicole Kidman from le reviva, for $4.95, which ended up multiplying into 2 x $4.95 charges from essential lips and sparkling lip plumper. The charges were 7/30/18. I attempted on multiple occasions to contact the company and was put un never-ending phine loops, redirected to voicemail -- I left multiple voicemail & was unable to speak to a live person until I spent the day on the phone yesterday. I was told that I had 14 days from the purchase date to contact custo.er service for a full refund. They told me about all the notifications I received stating the 14 day rule; none of which I received. My theory is that their system recognized the phone #, and didn't allow me to speak with anyone until after the 14 days. The receipt enclosed had a ohine #, no website, and no information about 14 days. The literature shows no Nicole Kidman, no product name, and even the containers are blank. They offered me a 50% refund, indicated there was no other person higher than her to speak to. I have also filed a dispute with my bank. I'm certain this company is scamming more unsuspecting individuals.
