Julia called , said they had attempted to deliver a package to the house which was returned undelivered. Said I had an outstanding debt from a payday loan, with a balance of $800. They said they needed payment right away or he would be subpoenaed to court immediately via a warrant for arrest. They said they had my Employers informaion , by Bank account information (No Longer have- was an old account ) , email address and home address( I have since moved-8yrs ago). Said she'd email the information, have yet to receive it. Said they was going to Garnish my wages if i didn't settle up today for $300. Wants me to call back after I view the BOD? and give her my decision. Number on Caller ID read: PCS -9044948674

Called, said they had attempted to deliver a package to the house which was returned undeliverable. Said my husband had an outstanding debt from a payday loan, with a balance of $2500. They said they needed payment right away or he would be subpoenaed to court immediately via a warrant for arrest. They said they specifically needed a routing and account number for a bank payment or a credit card. Told the caller to mail proof in writing and out lawyer would review it. They then said they will subpoena my husband and hung up the phone.
