I now see many of those that have been scammed by A&D Logistics LLS. We all should work together with legal support and go after this company.
Please let me know if you are interested and I will get everyone to testify and see if we can get our compensation from this company.

We are offering a Part-time, home-based position with flexible hours and full support from our amazing supervisors.

I was looking for a job on line for an at home positionl. I got an email from the HR department from A&D Logistics LLC. shipping packages when I get them to a new address. They had a year contract to be one of there Packaging Department Employee at Home. I was careful at first but they gave me names addresses and promised a salary of $2,900 plus bonuses of $20/package, sent with 24 hours of receiving shipping labels. They set up a Dashboard to get all the info for shipping. I did this over the last month and then my Dashboard went died and no one will return my emails or phone calls. I know believe this was a scam company. I am looking into what legal action I can do to this company.

This was what I thought a work at home job. Shipping packages. I was contacted for the job via email I was told I would be paid every 23rd of the month 3200 dollars plus 20 dollars for each package that I deliver to UPS store. When I received the first package I was questioning why my name was on the package as if I’m the person purchasing sending the package. Red flag when I received an email to pick up a package from Walgreens. In the email it states a customer was giving me the permission to pick up a package while their out of town. When I tried to pick up the package I was unable because my identification did not match the customer. This situation happened twice. I then contacted management which was a foreigner and explained the situation I then explained how I felt as though this was a scam. I was blocked from the dash board and they stopped responding to my emails. I never received payment. I filled out a W2 form therefore they have all my personal information and I’m concerned.

While I was looking for employment by scouring job sites like indeed, LinkedIn, etc. I was emailed by them. In the email, they detailed how easy it was, what I could look forward to, etc. They later stated in the email that I could just reply with my phone number so they could get back to me. I later received a phone call from them. The contact's name was John Clark. On the phone call, I detailed my experience with reshipping/arbitrage doing it legitimately. I was quickly sent an employment agreement that I would need to fill out and send back. When I did, I was met with a standard set up procedure that didn't cost me anything. I would set up accounts with UPS, FedEx and the USPS. After completing this, I would receive free materials in the mail. I thought everything was hunky-dory for a full month until it came time to get paid. My access to my dashboard was cut off and I could no longer access any prior information that I was used to. In addition, they wouldn't return my calls or emails. A couple days later, I get a knock from UPS at my door stating that somebody who was on my received items list never got his stuff.

I was invited to work for a company called A&D LOGISTICS LLC around late December, only to recently discover that they were a scam. They asked for my social security number and promised me, in check form a salary of $2,900/mo, plus bonuses of $20/package, sent within 24 hours of receiving shipping label. As of Saturday, February 4th, around 8 a.m., I went to log onto my dashboard and couldn’t get in. I tried multiple times for a week. No call backs, no answer, no email response or anything. I provided a months worth of labor along with 20+ packages shipped and delivered.

Company presented themselves as a shipping company, and hired me for part time employment. Company ships items bought in the US to customers in Latin America.
