Lisa Cox Smith reached out to my husband and started a relationship with him. He's sent her at least $12,850 in Target and Apple gift cards, but could be up to $20,000. She's promising to help do reconstructive surgery for him so he is 18 again. Lisa says she's from  Manchester, England. My niece says she's in the U.S. He says he wants to put her in his will. My husband won't let me see the messages between him and Lisa.
