Ms. Sylvia contacted me on 9/27/2018 about a debt I owed to a bank and stated that if I did not pay the money that day via bank account or putting money on a prepaid card they were going to send my account to the county I live in and sue me. When I asked her to send paper work or even an email validating them, and the debt she refused and told me that I needed to keep 2 forms of I.d. on me and be ready to get served. Nothing ever came of it. Today 10-25-2018 I received a phone call from the same place about the same debt, but from Denise. I called back and got Sylvia and she hung up on me. When I called again and spoke with Denise and asked her for a validation letter she said she “wasn’t sending [censored] by mail” that she would send an email. She was really rude and threatening.
