I was purchasing a bean bag went to lazybean.com which was an advertisement on FB. Paid and waited past the 5 to 10 business days the website said the item would ship. My order was placed April 23rd. They took the money from my account immediately. I went to the website to find contact information. Nothing was listed but a support email. They responded in a timely manner stating they went viral and was backlogged. So I waited. A week later nothing. It's been a month and all I've received are emails apologizing giving me fake ship dates. I asked for my money back, and again false claims of when my item will ship out. They even offered me a free bean bag for my trouble. So I'm out of 74 dollars and dome change.
